Demand Solutions' 2008 Customer Conference

Dear Supply Chain Professionals,

It is my pleasure to invite you to the Demand Solutions 21st Annual Customer Conference, September 28 to October 1 in Phoenix, Arizona.

At last year’s conference, I spoke about five supply chain trends: Globalization, Collaboration, Product Innovation, Flexibility and Green. A recent Wall Street Journal article addressed these very trends and concluded that these forces added up to an incredible burden on you: “…supply chain managers are shouldering a lot more responsibility and need a new set of skills — particularly due to globalization.”

Because your jobs have become more challenging, we have planned this year’s conference around the theme of saving you time. The average DS customer only uses 30 percent of the software’s functionality. We intend to change that with this conference.

The new interactive workshops for example, delve into key pieces of functionality and focus on best practices. The popular functional sessions highlight the experiences of customers and address techniques to alleviate the pressures of globalization such as long lead times and increased transportation costs.

Along with the diverse session agenda, we will also announce exciting news about Demand Solutions’ technology direction and offer you the opportunity to vote on enhancements.
