Hotel Information

Remember - you need to make your own hotel reservations. We have negotiated a group rate at the Sandia of $159 per night.

Please call the Resort directly at 505-796-7500 and ask for the Demand Solutions rate. Hotel rooms booked after August 22, 2010 are based on availability, so make your reservation early.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

There is a $250 administrative service fee for all cancelled registrations. Cancellations must be in writing prior to September 17, 2010. There are no refunds for no-shows and we cannot take phone cancellations. Substitutions must be received by September 12, 2010 but there is no additional fee.
