What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, job title, e-mail address, state, country, phone number, industry or company name. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. We also employ leadlander technology which tells us your company name, based on IP Address and which pages you view.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Demand Management. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Demand Management to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Demand Management website.

In the event that you contact us for customer support through the website, we may also request that you provide additional User Information relevant to the support requested by you. Users are under no obligation to provide such information. However, we cannot guarantee that we can provide customer support in the event that relevant information related to the use of our products or services is withheld. We may retain communications relating to customer support, and/or information drawn from such communications, for statistical and/or reference purposes.

We may further collect and process any information and data that you volunteer to us, e.g. when you register for events, subscribe to newsletters, participate in online surveys, discussions groups or forums.

What do we use your information for?

Demand Management provides you the opportunity to exercise an opt-out choice if you do not want to receive other types of communication from us such as emails or updates from us regarding new services and products offered on this website or if you do not want us to share your personal information with third parties.
